What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on category: business cards 500, promotional products 100, custom packaging 1,000, corporate gift sets 50. Some specialty items may require higher minimums.
Do you offer samples?
Pre-production samples are available for qualified corporate orders, typically for programs above $5K and with an approved deposit.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard production is commonly 10-15 business days after proof approval. Rush production may be available in 5-7 business days. Emergency 48-72 hour production requires approval and may increase MOQ.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping, customs coordination, DDP options, and multi-location fulfillment can be quoted for corporate programs.
Can you store and fulfill on demand?
Warehousing, kitting, drop-shipping, and reorder programs are available for qualified corporate accounts.
What file formats do you accept?
